Video & Audio Viewer

Play video and audio of virtually any format directly in your browser — MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, WMV, FLV, MP3, FLAC, WMA and many more. Swipe through a full-screen player, scrub audio on a live waveform, and download originals or one-off conversions. Everything stays on your device.

This viewer turns your browser into a fast, private player for virtually any video or audio format. Native formats like MP4, WebM, MP3 and FLAC play instantly, while a local FFmpeg WebAssembly engine converts MKV, AVI, WMV, FLV, WMA, AIFF and dozens more on demand — no software to install and no files ever uploaded. Drop a whole folder, scan the gallery of poster frames and waveforms, then open a full-screen player that feels like a native app: swipe between files, double-tap to skip through a video, and scrub audio directly on its waveform. Download originals untouched, or convert a file to MP4, WebM, GIF, MP3, WAV and more with one tap.

  • Play an MKV or AVI Without VLC — Received a video your system can't open? Drop it here and watch it immediately — no codec packs, no installs.
  • Check Clips From a Shoot — Drop a card's worth of footage, flip through full screen, and skim each clip with double-tap seeking to pick the keepers.
  • Listen to Old or Exotic Audio — WMA archives, AIFF masters, APE rips or voice-recorder AMR files — play them all and convert the keepers to MP3 or FLAC.
  • Scrub a Podcast or Interview — The waveform shows exactly where speech starts and pauses fall, so you can jump straight to the part you need.
  • Preview Before Sending — Double-check that a recording plays fine and sound is intact before you share it — then download a smaller MP4 preview if the original is too big to send.

How It Works

1

Drop Your Media

Drag one or many video and audio files onto the page — any mix of formats. Formats your browser plays natively start instantly; exotic ones like MKV, AVI or WMA are converted locally with WebAssembly the moment you open them.

2

Play Full Screen

Browse everything in a clean gallery of posters and waveforms, then tap any file for a full-screen player. Swipe or use arrow keys to move between files, double-tap the sides of a video to skip 10 seconds, and scrub audio right on its waveform.

3

Download or Convert

One tap always downloads the untouched original. The options menu adds the generated preview and one-off conversions to MP4, WebM, GIF, MP3, WAV, FLAC and more — all processed on your device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are my videos or audio files uploaded anywhere?

No. Playback, previews and conversions all happen inside your browser. Native formats play directly from your disk, and everything else is converted locally with an FFmpeg WebAssembly engine. Nothing is sent to a server.

Which formats can I play?

Browser-native formats (MP4, WebM, OGG, MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, M4A and more) play instantly. On top of that, local FFmpeg conversion adds MKV, AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG, MTS, 3GP, MXF, WMA, AIFF, APE, AC3, AMR and many other containers and codecs.

Why does an AVI or WMV take a moment before it plays?

Formats a browser can't decode natively are first converted to a playable preview by a local FFmpeg WebAssembly engine. When only the container is incompatible the file is repackaged in seconds; older codecs need a real re-encode, so a progress bar keeps you posted.

Does downloading change my files?

No. The default download always gives you the original file, byte for byte. The options menu additionally offers the generated preview and conversions to other formats — those are new files created on your device.

What is the waveform view for audio?

Every audio file is drawn as its actual waveform, so you can see quiet and loud passages at a glance. The waveform doubles as the seek bar — click or drag anywhere on it to jump to that moment.
