Fill and Sign PDF
Fill in a PDF form and add your signature — type text, draw or place a signature, then download. 100% in your browser.
Overview
Fill and Sign PDF lets you complete a form and sign it entirely in your browser. Open any PDF — an interactive form, a flat form, or a scan — and type text wherever it's needed, then add your signature by drawing it with the pen or placing a signature image and dragging it into position. Everything you add can be moved, resized, or removed. When you're done, your text and signature are flattened onto the page and you download the finished PDF. It all runs client-side with pdf.js and pdf-lib, so your document and signature never leave your device.
