Overview

My Files collects every file this browser keeps across the tools: Sound Recorder takes, DJ Booth mixes and kept tracks, AI-generated music and images, files from your AI chats and kept databases, plus anything you add yourself. Every upload panel on the site has a folder button that opens this library, filtered to the files that tool can use, so a recording can go straight into the BPM detector or the audio converter without a download and re-upload. Everything stays in this browser's storage on your device.

Frequently asked

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything here lives in this browser's own storage on your device. Nothing is sent to a server, and the files are not shared with other browsers or devices.

Why can't I delete a recording from here?

Files made by a tool belong to that tool, which also keeps things like their markers, cues or prompts. Open the tool to delete them. Files you added here yourself can be renamed and deleted here.

Can the browser remove these files?

A browser can clear site storage when the device runs low on space, or when you clear browsing data. Installing the site as an app, or allowing persistent storage, makes that much less likely. Download anything you can't afford to lose.

Why does a file say "In use in another tab"?

Another tab is still writing it, usually a recording in progress. It becomes available as soon as that tab finishes.
