Watermark PDF

Add a text watermark to every page — centered or tiled, with adjustable opacity, size, angle, and color. Live preview, 100% in your browser.

Watermark PDF stamps a text watermark across every page of a PDF, entirely in your browser. Type your text — like CONFIDENTIAL or DRAFT — and choose centered or tiled placement, then fine-tune opacity, font size, rotation, and color while a live preview of the first page updates instantly. The watermark is drawn as real text on top of the original content, so your existing text stays selectable underneath. Everything runs client-side with pdf-lib, so your document never leaves your device.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the watermark go on every page?

Yes. The text watermark is applied to all pages of the PDF with the settings you choose.

Can I control how visible it is?

Yes. Adjust the opacity from a faint 5% to a bold 80%, plus the font size and rotation angle, and pick any color — the live preview shows exactly how it will look.

What's the difference between centered and tiled?

Centered places one watermark across the middle of each page. Tiled repeats the text diagonally to cover the whole page, which is harder to crop out.

Is the underlying text still selectable?

Yes. The watermark is drawn on top as real text; the original page content — including selectable text — is preserved underneath.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The watermark is applied in your browser with pdf-lib, so your document never leaves your device.
