BrowserBasedTools.com offers tools for converting and processing files. They run in your web browser, so you can work with your files without uploading them to our servers. Two features, Send and share links, use our server to reach another device or person, and encrypt in your browser first.
Use License
You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes. This permission is temporary and ends automatically if you break any of the restrictions below.
You may:
- Use our tools to process files, for personal or commercial work
- Use the Service from more than one device
- Share links to our tools
You may not:
- Try to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary code
- Use the Service for anything illegal
- Try to overload our servers with excessive requests
- Redistribute our tools without our permission
Privacy and Data Processing
- File processing happens in your browser
- Send and share links pass through or are stored on our server only in encrypted form, with a key we never receive, so we can't access their content
- You are responsible for what you share and with whom
- Our privacy page lists every connection the site makes

The information and tools on this website are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we exclude:
- All representations and warranties about this website and its contents
- All liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage
Service Availability
- We work to keep the Service available but can't guarantee 100% uptime
- The Service may be down for a while during maintenance
- We may change or remove features, and will give notice when we do
Intellectual Property
- The Service and its original content are, and will stay, our exclusive property
- Content you create stays yours
- Our tools may use open-source libraries under their own licenses
